Job Overview:

The Jordan Insurance Agency is looking for motivated Licensed Only Agents (LOA) to join our team. As an LOA, you will work closely under the supervision of our experienced agency staff, focusing on producing high-quality insurance sales and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Assist in developing and maintaining a client base through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.
Insurance Sales: Offer expert advice on various insurance products and tailor solutions to meet clients’ needs.
Customer Service: Provide prompt and professional service to clients, including managing policy renewals and claims.
Team Collaboration: Work under the guidance of our senior agents and support staff to meet sales targets.
Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with state and federal regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

Experience: 1-2 years in sales and/or customer service. Up to 2 years of experience as a licensed insurance agent specializing in Health, Medicare, and Life insurance.
Licensing: Active insurance license in the state(s) you will operate in.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using technology for client management and administrative tasks.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in business or a related field is a plus.
